Article 10 In which cases we will contact you

Article 11 How you can access, correct or delete your personal data

access to your personal data collected in the process of providing and using the services, including: confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data, what categories it is, the purposes of that processing, and the recipients to whom the data is disclosed, as well as a copy of your personal data being processed and their source;
correct information that you have stated to us when it became false or out of date, e.g. your email address, and any other information;
deletion or blocking of your personal data when their processing does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
notifying such correction, deletion or blocking to third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed, except where this is not possible or involves excessive efforts.
The action you wish to provide for access, correction, deletion or blocking of personal data is carried out solely with respect to your personal data. It is free of charge.

To request access, correction, deletion or blocking of your personal data that we process, you must send us a written application that contains:

1. name, address and other data for identification of the respective individual;

2. a description of the request;

3. preferred form for providing the information under art. 28, para. 1;

4. signature, date of filing of the application and address for correspondence.

5. a power of attorney certified by a notary public when submitted by an authorized person. The application may also be signed electronically.

We will fulfill your request for access, correction, deletion or blocking within 14 days, subject to legal requirements and exceptions in this regard.

You will be notified of the decision to take the requested action or refuse to do so as required by law. The notification will be sent to you by mail with a return receipt or may be received in person against a signature.

Article 12 How you can file an objection or complaint against the processing of personal data

In the cases provided for by law, you have the right to:

our objections to the processing of your personal data when there is a legal basis for doing so; where the objection is justified, the personal data of the individual concerned may no longer be processed;
object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
be notified before your personal information is first disclosed to third parties or used on your behalf for the purposes of the preceding paragraph of this article, giving you the opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.

Art.13 Security measures in place to protect your information from loss, misuse or alteration
