Fresh is a small, cozy hotel, located in a quiet and peaceful place in the northern part of Ravda, 500 meters away from the central beach. Here you will enjoy complete relaxation and peace during your seaside vacation. The hotel staff will welcome you with the traditional Bulgarian hospitality.
The hotel has an outdoor heated pool with a waterfall for a hydromassage on the shoulders, a children’s playground and a grass field, a restaurant with a bar and a garden, a reception with a safe, amusement games, billiards, table tennis, table football, fitness center, panorama lift free Wi-Fi everywhere. The hotel offers 3 standard double rooms, 2 family rooms, 13 double Deluxe rooms, 2 studios and 2 suites, as well as free parking. All rooms have a terrace, individual air conditioning, cable TV, mini fridge, private bathroom. Deluxe rooms, studios and suites have the option of additional sleeping equiment – a sofa-bed for one or two people.. The apartments are one-bedroom, with a transient living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a bathroom, a bedroom with has a double bed, a desk with mini fridge, TV and a terrace.
In the restaurant you will enjoy our dishes, which we prepare with products most of which are produced by us and most of our fish delicacies are prepared with personal catch. In addition to free consumption we offer packages with continental breakfast and three-course dinner, set menu.
In the hours of 7.00am. until 22.00 o’clock, the hotel staff are available to guests. And for the rest of the time, card access is provided. You will also have other facilities: panoramic lift, daily room layout, credit card payment, cameras in the common areas. Family rooms are comfortable for accommodating larger families. Two double Deluxe rooms are connected to each other with a common door in their corridors. There are 4 single beds available to guests. Family rooms are available on the first and second floors. Upon extra beds available, two folding armchairs are available for a payment.

The studios have a sofa with a TV corner and a separate sleeping area, one or two terraces, a desk with built-in refrigerator, cable TV, air conditioning, terrace, bathroom. Prices are per room per night in BGN for regular beds. Extra beds are subject to surcharge. Cancellation Policy – If canceled less than 5 days before arrival, guests will refund the full amount for their reservation. In case of no-show cancellation, guests are not entitled to a refund.
Arrival time – Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception. Check-in is possible after 14:00. Lack of notification can lead to long waiting times for which we can not accept complaints.
Documents – A valid certificate must be submitted at check-in. The details of our guests are treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Extra guest – Children up to 4 years old are not considered as an additional guest if they share the bed with their parents. Children over 4 years old. up to 13 years old are considered as additional guests after the second adult. (Extra bed: for children over 4 to 10 years is 30% of the regular bed rate and for children over 10 to 15 years is 40% of the regular bed rate)
A third adult or child over 15 on an extra bed will pay 70% of the regular bed rate.
Cleaning and damage to rented premises
Additional cleaning will be charged separately.
Lost items, theft, damage
The owners of the family hotel are not liable for lost property or property, theft or damage to items left in the rented premises unless they are placed in a safe.
Smoking and drugs – No smoking in the room and all internal parts of the property. You can smoke on the terrace with the door closed or in the garden. Drug use is forbidden.
