The living room is furnished with a sofa and lounger, a satellite TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, aspirator, kitchen sink, microwave, coffee soup, kitchen utensils and washing machine. The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, beds with ergonomic mattresses and bedside tables, satellite TV, iron and ironing board. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. The living room can accommodate a double sofa bed upon request (payment). The bathroom has a shower cabin, boiler and sanitary facilities. In front of the apartment in the garden there is a garden furniture. Guests enjoy the pool in the holiday village. In the area of the village there is a possibility of parking.

Prices are per apartment per night in BGN for regular beds. Extra beds are subject to surcharge. In order to guarantee your reservation, we kindly request you to specify all the details on the phone and transfer 50% of the value of your stay to our bank account – IBAN BG25TTBB94001525988998, BIC TTBBBG22, Biann OOD, Bank Expressbank AD Burgas Branch.
Cancellation Policy – If canceled less than 5 days before arrival, guests will refund the full amount for their reservation. In case of no-show cancellation, guests are not entitled to a refund.
Arrival time – Please note that check-in is individual. Check-in is possible between 12:00 and 14:00, in the remaining hours an additional 5 BGN is payable. For outside these times, please let us know by phone within 2 days prior to arrival. Lack of notification can lead to long waiting times for which we can not accept complaints.
Documents – A valid certificate must be submitted at check-in. The details of our guests are treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Extra guest – Children up to 4 years old are not considered as an additional guest if they share the bed with their parents. Children over 4 years old. up to 15 years old are considered as additional guests after the second adult. (Extra bed: for children over 4 to 10 years is 30% of the regular bed rate and for children over 10 to 15 years is 40% of the regular bed rate)
A third adult or child over 15 on an extra bed will pay 70% of the regular bed rate.
Cleaning and damage to rented premises
Additional cleaning will be charged separately.
Lost items, theft, damage
The owners of the apartments are not liable for lost property or property, theft or damage to objects left in the rented premises.
